POLICE REPORTS

To obtain a copy of a report you may pick it up at the address below. The cost of a report $4.00 – cash or check only.  Please call (256) 383-6746 to verify that your report has been completed.  Reports are also available by mail.  You must send a check or money order payable to the Muscle Shoals Police Department with a self-addressed, postage-paid return envelope.  Mail your request to:

If requesting a report by mail please have the victim’s name, date of offense, and location.

The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for holidays.
