On behalf of the dedicated men and women of the Muscle Shoals Police Department, I welcome you to our website.  My hope is to better serve you by providing current information on the services we provide, community programs we endorse and resources available to you, our citizens.

As our city enjoys low crime rates, we must still be proactive and vigilant in our pursuit of maintaining such.  Our citizens are blessed to raise our families in a community known for it's rich history and excellent educational opportunities.  My goal is to lead our department in securing those opportunities for a generation to come.

As Muscle Shoals continues to grow, certain challenges will arise in meeting the needs of the people we serve.  As a department, we will continue to grow and adapt as our city experiences these changes by responding accordingly.  We will continue to implement the most modern of police methods and technologies in crime prevention efforts through on-board computers and our state of the art dispatch/CAD system.  We will remain relevant and engaged with fellow citizens through community policing programs such as our Citizens Police Academy, "D.A.R.E." program and school resource officer program.

I invite you to call on us whenever we can be of service to you.  We are a transparent law enforcement agency and listen to the concerns of our citizens.  Together, we will maintain and even improve the quality of life for all of us in Muscle Shoals.
